There was an unveiling ceremony for a new Nancy Reagan stamp at the White House this week. Combined with Biden’s claims of McConnell and other Republicans being reasonable, I’m not too confident that tonight’s insurrection hearing will have much effect on stopping our slide into fascism.

Unlike last year, I’ll be having Thanksgiving with a small gathering of my family. We’re all wary of another holiday surge, but unlike half the country, we’re still taking precautions beyond getting complacent after being vaccinated and boosted.

If the Feds didn’t drag their feet approving children and boosters, we might all be going into another holiday season with the confidence of someone chugging ivermectin.

Besides stealing an election, sabotaging the Postal Service will result in people not getting medicine, and countless other essentials needed to survive the pandemic, or in general. They don’t care about murder, but killing the one part of the economy that was still kind of working probably isn’t in their own self-interest. Almost like they didn’t think this through!
